For the 13th time, the performance of the famous Symphony No. 9 will dominate the OPERA’s New Year celebrations. Every year, a different brilliant composer is selected to direct the masterpiece, and there are no other ensembles in Hungary than the OPERA Orchestra and Chorus who are better acquainted with this work perfect to underscore the hope of a new year.

Continuing traditions, new colors, child prodigy and experienced composers at the fall Concertino concert! This time again, János Pilz has chosen pieces connected in many ways for the program of BFO's string orchestra series.

A hagyomány folytatódik

Time and again, Budapest Bár delights the Müpa Budapest audience with their special performances and outstanding collaborators. On this occasion, the ensemble has been invited by Nők Lapja magazine to take the stage in the company of some very special guests. Róbert Farkas, the band’s leader and founder, originally aimed to breathe new life into the genre of Gypsy café music, thereby preserving and revitalizing old traditions.

Idén engedd, hogy a karácsonyi készülődés az élményekről, az ünnepi illatokról, a találkozásokról és a jó zenékről szóljon. A Budapest Bár ünnepi koncertje igazi kikapcsolódást kínál, közel két órán át tartó örömzenével, nagyszerű dalokkal és felhőtlen hangulattal. A zenekar most is a tőle megszokott változatossággal készül, új dalok mellett sok régi kedvenc is elhangzik majd.
