Current events

Works preserved from the Gustav Düben collection – pieces by Tunder, Albrici, Johann Christoph Bach, Krieger and other masters – reveal an exciting, diverse musical world that saw international influences converge on Stockholm. The soloist for this concert is the mezzo-soprano Lucile Richardot, recipient of the prestigious Victoires de la Musique Classique award for female opera singer of the year, whose “sparkling” voice is a worthy foil to the intimate and richly nuanced performances of Sébastien Daucé and his ensemble. An evening that promises to conjure up the mysterious light of the Scandinavian sky at the Early Music Festival.
