Promontor és Budafok Sörténelme a 19-20. században
Napjainkban elsősorban a borról beszélünk Budafok kapcsán, a sörfőzésnek is vannak hagyományai, amelyek az egykori Promontor történetéhez vezetnek vissza. Előadásunkból kiderül, hogyan alakultak meg az első sörfőzdék, hogy később megépüljön és megalakuljon a Haggenmacher sörgyár. Promontor és Budafok több, mint százéves történetét Garbóci László helytörténész és Gyönki Viktória muzeológus mutatja be.
